♦ Oral Health and Vaccines
Children living in marginalized communities often face challenges in receiving timely vaccinations. Routine dental visits provide an underutilized touchpoint for reaching these children. This session explores the innovative integration of routine vaccinations into dental visits. Leaders from two CHF national network programs will share their successes using dental services to increase vaccine confidence and access.

♦ Digital Inclusion as a Social Driver of Health
Internet access, digital literacy, and having up-to-date devices are increasingly important factors in an individual’s ability to manage their family’s health. However, access to digital tools and proficiency are not equally distributed across income levels or geographic areas. This session will examine the impact of the “digital divide” on health and walk attendees through various methods of furthering digital literacy for their patient populations.

Over lunch, attendees will have the opportunity to reflect on the conference, propose next steps,  and raise innovative solutions for improving the health of all U.S. children through partnerships, advocacy, and systems change. This listening session will be conducted in the style of CHF’s community engagement sessions, wherein we rely on collective knowledge and experience in the field to drive innovation forward. To accommodate different communication styles, there will be opportunities to provide feedback through digital and analog means, both in real-time and after the conference.
