The 2024 CHF conference builds on our thirty-seven-year history of innovation, leading a national network of pediatric providers, and advocating for the health and well-being of all children in the United States. The annual conference is a place to find renewed inspiration. The magic of this conference is that skilled and passionate providers from seemingly disparate communities learn from each other and spark new ideas for bringing comprehensive healthcare services into under-resourced communities.
Content for the 2024 national conference will focus on addressing health equity through the integration of social drivers of health (SDoH) into healthcare services and the intersectionality of clinical care and public health.

Space is limited so book early. Take advantage of our Early Bird pricing now until August 14th. Regular pricing will go into effect on August 15th. Regular ticket prices will be $500, Non-profit or government rate of $250, and a student or CHW rate of $100 after the August 15th deadline.
