Thanks to the support of our donors, Children’s Health Fund leads a national network that every year brings quality healthcare to more than 100,000 children through nearly 500,000 health visits.
Our national network of 24 programs uses a fleet of 50 mobile clinics, telehealth, and more than 400 school and other community sites to bring quality healthcare to under-resourced communities in 15 states, Puerto Rico, and Washington, D.C.
We need your help to continue these programs and to increase our mental health visits from 40,000 to 50,000 next year!

Children’s Health Fund is a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (Tax I.D. #13-3468427). Your donation is tax-deductible within the guidelines of U.S. law. To claim a donation as a deduction on your U.S. taxes, please keep your email donation receipt as your official record.
A donation receipt will be sent to you at the email address you provide on this form. Please be sure to keep a copy of your receipt for tax purposes. If you select a recurring donation, you will be sent an individual receipt each month when your donation is processed.
